K&S Music of Paxinos - February 2020 - July 2023
K&S Music is a small business music store based in Paxinos, PA. The music store
itself began in the basement of K&S Hardware of Trevorton PA in 1982. After the
store was almost closed in 2020 due to COVID-19, I aided in the restructuring
and revival of the business under new management. For the first several months, I worked
as the store's sole employee. My responsibilities at the K&S Music included working as a
sales representative, point-of-sales operation, diagnosing and performing technical work on instruments,
marketing, security, inventory, building maintenance, and grounds keeping. In it's first year
under new management the store saw profits which were twenty-five percent higher than the last four years.
As of May of 2022, I personally have resigned from working at the store regularly, and now
continue to help the company on a contractual basis.

to apply the ideologies of C.O.R.E. in my workplace to this day.
